Live. 1-on-1. You leave with a running setup.

We get on a screen share and work through your setup together. Most people are running within 2–3 hours — timing depends on where you're starting from and how familiar you are with account setup. After the live session, you have retainer access for questions and issues as they come up.

Questions

Which program is right for me?

If you want to figure it out yourself with a solid reference, get the PDF. If you want someone to walk through it with you live and be available when issues come up, that's the $1,200 onboarding. If you want AI running across your entire business — operations, outreach, documentation — and you either don't have the time to learn it or want someone to just implement it, that's what the custom implementation tier is for.

Do I need a technical background?

No. You'll need a laptop, login access to your main tools, and an email account. That's the starting point. Everything else gets figured out together.

How does the retainer billing work?

Time is tracked in 15-minute increments — the minimum charge for any interaction is 15 minutes ($50). You're never billed for a partial 15-minute block. The live onboarding session counts against your 8-hour total, so you're arriving to those first few hours together and then drawing down the retainer for follow-up questions and support.

What does "private Slack DM access" mean?

A direct line — no tickets, no support queue. When something breaks or you want to add something new, you send a message. That time comes out of your retainer in 15-minute increments. You're not waiting on a help desk. You're messaging directly.

What happens to my data?

Your AI runs on your own infrastructure — your own machine, a private server you control, or a cloud server you're renting (AWS, Azure, GCP). Your data is encrypted on that infrastructure. You're not handing unencrypted access to anyone. The cloud provider hosts the server — they don't have visibility into what's running on it. Your setup, your conversations, your business logic: all of it lives where you put it.
