Get the free playbook — 12 chapters on how to build a real AI operating system for your business. Based on what I've actually deployed at two live companies.
Most business owners are using AI wrong — not because of the tools, but because they haven't built the infrastructure around them. This guide is the framework I wish I'd had.
12 chapters. Real case studies from Killer Electric and Resident Care Plans. No theory — the actual architecture decisions, workflow breakdowns, and hard lessons from running AI at scale in regulated industries.

If you've tried the tools and walked away without a real system — you're not behind. You just haven't had a setup that works for you instead of you working for it.
A thousand AI products, none of them talking to each other, none of them knowing your business. Overwhelming before it's useful.
Chatting with an AI is one thing. Having it actually run part of your business is a completely different setup — and nobody taught you that part.
If you live inside ChatGPT or any single provider and they suspend your account — they have that right — you lose everything. Memory, automations, integrations, context. Gone. The answer isn't a backup plan. It's ownership from day one.
Four ways to work together — from free community workshops to full business implementation.
We get on a screen share and work through your setup together. Most people are running within 2–3 hours — timing depends on where you're starting from and how familiar you are with account setup. After the live session, you have retainer access for questions and issues as they come up.
After purchase you'll get a short intake form — what tools you use, what you want automated. This means we use the live session time on what matters, not on basics.
Screen share. We install and configure your private AI agent, connect it to your tools, and get your first automations running together. You're in the driver's seat — we're just navigating.
Things come up after setup. Permissions break. You want to add something. Message me directly in Slack — we sort it together. Billed in 15-minute increments against your retainer.
Once the retainer is used, continued access is available at a rate we'll establish based on what you need — whether that's direct support or a dedicated support engineer for more technical work.
Your own private AI — available any time of day, connected to your tools, running the tasks that used to eat your week.
Your AI runs on your infrastructure. Your data stays in your systems. No third party holds your CRM, your memory layer, your automations, or your business logic. You're not renting access to your own operation — you own it outright.
If OpenAI suspends your account, raises prices, or changes their terms — and they have the right to — most people are starting from zero. You're not. Your memory layer, your orchestration, your tool connections all stay intact. You point to a different model API and you're back up. No support tickets. No data recovery. No rebuilding from scratch.
This isn't a SaaS subscription. It's infrastructure. You can spin up another agent, retire one that's not working, or hand the whole setup off to someone else. You're in control — not locked into a vendor's roadmap.
Email, calendar, documents — your AI knows your context. It can draft, summarize, remind, and execute. Your marketing, your follow-ups, your quotes, your documentation.
Not demo workflows. Built around the tasks that actually cost you time — you pick what gets automated, we build it to run reliably.
No black boxes. No dependency on a vendor you can't reach when something breaks. You'll know how it works and how to expand it as your business grows.
These programs meet you where you are — no engineering background required.
Running a company with limited staff? Your AI handles the admin that eats your week — scheduling, follow-ups, research, drafting.
Still sharp, still building, but watching younger colleagues use tools you haven't learned yet. Close the gap — and get ahead of it.
Thinking about consulting, a side business, or what's next? AI is your force multiplier — do more with your expertise alone.
Healthcare, legal, financial, construction — real compliance requirements. Every setup keeps your data on infrastructure you control.
8+ years delivering production AI systems across automotive, gaming, healthcare, and blue-collar industries. Currently operating two businesses that run entirely on AI infrastructure he designed and built himself.
People kept asking how these systems work. This is the formal answer — because doing it for free doesn't scale.
Built ML-driven automated testing and calibration systems for ADAS sensor programs across multiple large and small OEMs. Python data pipelines and iterative model optimization reduced calibration cycle time 20x. Secured a $40M direct OEM partnership through delivery performance. Managed $500M+ in lifetime program value.
Managed cloud migration and platform roadmaps across 30+ product teams. Leveraged AI and systems to surface cost optimization backlogs, reduce planning overhead, and improve data flow between cross-functional squads — giving leadership the visibility to make faster decisions.
Led design of a zero-trust API integration framework for AI service access across enterprise health infrastructure. Managed full AI/ML delivery lifecycle — identity verification, access scoping, and audit logging for production AI agents in a HIPAA-regulated environment.
Killer Electric and Resident Care Plans both run on multi-agent AI infrastructure — LLM pipelines, RAG architecture, HIPAA-compliant data handling, full AWS deployment. Not a proof of concept. Production systems.
Start with the free community workshop if you want to understand the framework before committing to anything. The $1,200 onboarding is for people who want someone to walk through it live and be available when issues come up — you leave with a working setup. Business implementation is for owners who want AI running across their entire operation — outreach, documentation, quoting, lead handling — without spending months learning to build it themselves.
No. You'll need a laptop, login access to your main tools, and an email account. That's the starting point. Everything else gets figured out together.
The $1,200 includes 8 hours of total support — the live onboarding session counts toward that. After the 8 hours are used, continued access is available at a rate we establish based on what you actually need. Some clients need direct support; others benefit from a dedicated support engineer for more technical work. We'll figure that out together.
A direct line — no tickets, no support queue. When something breaks or you want to add something new, you send a message. That time comes out of your retainer in 15-minute increments. You're not waiting on a help desk. You're messaging directly.
Your AI runs on your own infrastructure — your own machine, a private server you control, or a cloud server you're renting (AWS, Azure, GCP). Your data is encrypted on that infrastructure. You're not handing unencrypted access to anyone. The cloud provider hosts the server — they don't have visibility into what's running on it. Your setup, your conversations, your business logic: all of it lives where you put it.
You'll need a cloud provider account (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and an AI API account (Anthropic or OpenAI) — both billed directly to you, not to us. Costs range from $100–500/month depending on how often you use it and what you have running. For context: we're spending around $500/month across one of our own businesses on API and infrastructure alone. This program handles setup — the ongoing cost is yours to own. It's not a subscription to us.
Yes — and it's where this stands out. Andrew has navigated HIPAA compliance, automotive safety-critical systems, and state licensing requirements. The stack is configured to keep all data within your controlled environment. Not a ChatGPT wrapper.
If your entire workflow lives inside ChatGPT or any single provider, a suspension — which they have the right to issue under their terms — means you lose everything: memory, automations, integrations, context. Starting over. With this setup, your memory layer, your orchestration, and your tool connections all live on infrastructure you control. You point to a different model API and you're back up and running in minutes. No data recovery. No rebuilding.
Intentionally limited. The 1-on-1 model only works if the support is real and response time is fast. Capacity is capped to keep both.
